- Interacting with new as well as existing clients and generate business from both.

- Interacting with internal technical, talent acquisition and training team conducting regular meetings with the team and tracking progress.
- Regular meeting with clients and updating MIS
- Interacting with CBT consultants at client side and providing required support and ensuring the availability of consultants for specific clients.
- Responsible for providing commercials and designing documents as and when required.
- Responsible for formulation of strategies and business planning,
- Negotiating with clients (existing & new) on various prospects and closing the deals.
