Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving marketing initiatives, and addressing employee grievances to ensure smooth operations and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT services to existing clients.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to potential and existing clients.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to enhance the company’s market presence.
3.Employee Grievance Handling:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns and grievances.
- Ensure grievances are resolved in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
- Work closely with HR to implement policies that promote employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Provide support and guidance to employees to foster a positive work environment.
4.Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, keeping clients informed of progress.
- Prepare regular reports on account activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-6 Years experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
