- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
2. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3. Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in building a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
4. Employer Branding:
- Support initiatives to enhance the company’s presence on social media and other platforms.
- Assist in promoting job openings to attract top talent.
5. Learning and Development:
- Gain exposure to various recruitment tools and techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
