Role Overview:
As a Senior BigFix Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-wide patch management and software distribution using HCL BigFix. Your expertise will ensure system security, compliance, and operational excellence across endpoints and servers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement and manage BigFix infrastructures for enterprise environment.
Develop and deploy software packages, patches and updates across servers and endpoints.
Monitor and optimize BigFix performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to patching, compliance, and deployments.
Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure systems are patched in accordance with compliance requirements.
Develop custom BigFix fixlets and scripts for automation and advanced patching.
Perform health checks, upgrades, and routine maintenance of BigFix systems.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to address vulnerabilities and risks.
Generate reports and dashboards to track compliance and deployment metrics.
Document technical processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Expertise in HCL BigFix administration – design, deployment & maintenance.
✔ Proficiency in PowerShell or Batch scripting for automation.
✔ Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
✔ Experience with vulnerability management, compliance reporting, and multi-platform patching.
✔ HCL BigFix Certification preferred.
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and cloud-based endpoint management is a plus!
